The family of artist Jack Hines asked Dave to create a bronze sculpture for the head stone of his long time friend. Years ago Jack had painted a depiction of his parents hands. This painting always hung in Jack and Jessica's home. His wife, artist Jessica Zemsky, said that she and Jack often talked about having those hands on their head stone. These wishes have been fulfilled. This was an honor for Dave as he and Jack and Jessica have been friends for 45 years.
