Nice painting by western artist Vel Miller. This was likely done in the 1980's that came from an estate collection. Interestingly, we knew Vel from both the art world at having been represented by a common art gallery in Wyoming in the 1980's, and also the Texas Longhorn world, as we both have raised longhorns for over 40 years! Anyway, she knows her "stuff" from doing the real thing! This is a nice oil, 16" x 20", great frame.
